What seals are you referring to? The wheel only has one seal, the big o ring that goes between the rim halfs. Are you talking about the ctis wheel valves, the hub seals?

The check valve is needed and without it the truck will be hard to start if it sits for a few days. They are easy to take apart and clean. Mine had a big piece if silicone stuck in it and was clogged
Brad did you determine it if was algae? I have been having issues with asphaltene with my skid steer. Its a thick sticky black tar that settles in the filter. I've been doing research on it but there isn't a ton of info about it or how to get rid of it
Graham, Eli is correct, that's the air cooler and the dryer is the one with the oil filter looking part on it. They made a rebuild kit for the cooler and it comes with new steel wool. They also make a desiccant bag for the cooler, but thats only used if you don't have a dryer. Look up this...
That's how they're designed. With all the rubber sealing mats in place, there is no where for the air to leave the engine bay. All the rubber mats are there to prevent water from splashing onto the engine.

Every once and a while mine won't let me into 1st. I press the down arrow several times but it stops at 2. The next time I drive the truck is fine going into 1. Who knows

I don't believe we will ever see a copy of these TM's. They were never offered on paper, only interactive software that we cannot access. There may be a way to print individual pages from the software but that's the best we'll get.
This washer gets a groove pressed into it from sitting and can no longer seal. I temporarily greased it and added a shim behind it to get me home
