I like the asthetics of the M135/211 because of the sloping hood however here in the northeast the only "value" these trucks have is the winch model and then only the value of the winch.
As a side note to this event. Sat. and Sun. there's Brockway/ATHS truck shows there in Cortland/Homer. The truck show on Sun will be at the Living History Museum right on Rt. 11 in Homer and on display will be an M60 Tank/M135/M38AC as well as many civie trucks. Possibly even a 1919 Model T...

Have'nt read the rest of the posts on here about the subject yet but wonder if it includes the AM general Division Hummv ?
That will go sour for them when the military drops the Hummer in favor of another...

I understand that the Marine Corps Jeeps have locking differentials in both axles. Thats why the Georgia tag. The conversion was done at a depot there.
Just had a chance to buy one but passed because it was too ratty for me.
I know this has absolutely nothing to do with the pertaining subject but does Doc Mortimer still partake of the Aberdeen event with his "chicken" jeep??
You did good on the price. As you know, you can easily spend $100. (or more)
on entertainment just in one weekend. The jeep will be around for weekends to come!!
