    Bobtail Offroad Capability

Haha I just was having a discussion about putting 395's on a m105. Other than looking cool, you really lose capacity by having tire rub issues. IMO if you want max capacity for something, keep it original from the manufacturer.

    Bobtail Offroad Capability

Very true. This is why I said keeping the stock towing/ carrying capacity. All I stated was what the tires capacity is, and not anything about the truck being able to tow/ carry more weight. I just wanted to clarify what I meant.

    Bobtail Offroad Capability

It all depends what you do with it. I'm not a fan of flipping the hubs and like the dish out look, also yes flipping the hubs puts more strain on the hub bearings. Another thing is, once you put bigger singles on a stock 140 hp multi fuel deuce.. How much weight are you really gonna be carrying...

    Bobtail Offroad Capability

Depending on what Tires you use. A 395 size tire is approx 12k pounds capacity per tire. So depending on what rim and tire you use when singling it out, you may have the same carrying capacity.

    Bobtail Offroad Capability

A bobber has 2 axles= less articulation and less traction. Standard truck has 3 axles and more tire contact area, more articulation and traction

    Bobtail Offroad Capability

I'm guessing you mean a "bobber" vs a standard 6x6 deuce. A 6x6 will out offroad a bobber, but a bobber Will be lighter and have a tighter turning radius. Each truck has it's advantages, mostly it is your preferance and what you are doing with the truck.

    Have to tow a Deuce...Transfer case ??

Put transfer case in neutral, transmission in neutral. Is this a m35a2? If it is airshift or sprag it shouldn't matter for flat towing.
