    New altenator

Check the gauge, maybe just a bad gauge. Also what combined voltage do you get when running? The TM has a great troubleshooting section for this. Voltage should be around 27??? when both alternators are working and batteries are good.

Best Thing You've Found in Your CUCV

The picture taken at the GL lot shows that I should found a cool Yellow strobe light. However after I finally picked it up, the light was AWOL as well as one of the front tow shackles..... Still curious how things "disappear" between auction close and pickup!!!! Anybody ever challenge the GL...

    electric fans

I would think "preheating" with a block heater would help the cold issues... We don't get brutual cold in this part of Texas. We had a couple 20 degree days. I just start the truck before the morning Sh*t, shower and shave..... normally toasty warm when I hop in. I do leave the chain around...

    electric fans

If your cooling system is working properly no reason to spend the money. Are you running HOT? These engines aren't putting out massive HP's so the heat is controllable with the stock fan. If your trying to "add" HP.... with the electric fans, I thnk you might see a very small gain, but it's one...
