Good to hear someone found the TM's and trouble shooting guide. Makes for factual understanding right at one finger tips... Then again the tips here can be good too. Waiting on TOBASH's Utube stardom. 📺
Crossover thermostatic switches are a common fail point and key to operation. Make SURE...
That's a lot of money for spring and shocks. Surely, some tuning of the suspension is needed for the weekend warrior riders.
Going to have to get some sponsors and plaster the HumV sides with racing stickers.

Asking me where?? Google it. Being the nicest guy on the WWW I did it for you > https://www.bendpak.com/wheel-service/manual-wheel-service/rws-1b/?gclid=CjwKCAjwwab7BRBAEiwAapqpTOSBdmCR97EWZbcBWUS0Ef0B30ZR0lJhvJRr1AzKpuTx1r_n1BfZDBoC0B0QAvD_BwE
For oil changes... you get to do that...
GOOD POINT [thumbzup]
No judgement here. Very smart actually. I did something like that. Changed up my springs on the front to snow plow (28 dollars ea new) and got the height / lift back. Mounted up 4 of those cheap NOS trailer / HumV shocks that were flooding the market a while back...

NO No no. The voltage drop "window wiper" action of the voltmeter is an indication there is glow plug action.
Added>>> it is the "after glow" cycling that designers built into the box for a sure and cleaner start on...
NO No no. The voltage drop "window wiper" action of the voltmeter is an indication there is glow plug action. A full set (8) of good plugs can draw 50 to 150 Amps depending on battery voltage and other variables. That's a lot of electrons making heat. Just indication of the p u l l on the...
Could be the "after glow" circuit timer cycling. Some software programmers/ box designers big idea to keep the heat on the plugs. Keep an eye on it (so to say) and watch the voltmeter for a dip in voltage when cycling. Should time out or stop at some point. If not you may have gremlins loose...
Might try bubble balance. Cheap and easy. Sounds serious out of round??
Don't know what you have for tires BUT if surplus and OLD as found on surplus truck sold...anything could be wack. I see them sitting flat here in CA. Hot, cold, bone dry and age can't be good. Most 10 years plus old...
I do think it is cool and all. Neat-O. Not so sure how much is going to bounce out front and blind oneself. Lots of off road action here too... and placement is important. If your the BIG dog out front could work. In the dust??? maybe not so much.
Lots of interesting builds. Post the...
Real bad idea without the runflat or PVC bead lock sleeves. Not enough lip & wrong angles. Dangerous just thinking abort it IMO.
Stock military rims not called bead lock for nothing, CAMO
Lots of things to consider. Thinking aloud here. Having shut itself down when leaving the gas station... Humv gremlins are always watching. Did you not get a Red Bull for it too? Just kidding. Thinking that you were able to get it started for the last 200 feet? MY guess is solenoid turned...
