I think acdelco still makes that plug.
Not sure of the part number.
There’s a ACDelco catalog of nothing but connectors and I thought I saw it in there.
Can’t find it now.
You can always head to the local scrap yard and pull one off a truck there.
Their not all melted hopefully.
These trailers are notorious for that and it’s been covered before.
It never hurts to mention it again!
Had same issue with both of mine.
My first one had two critical bolts missing.
These trailers definitely did not get the PM they were supposed to while on active duty.
That plate is on the door itself.
Their should be one on the door jam.
It will have the VIN and NSN and other info.
The NSN will tell you exactly what it was.
If someone wants it, I will sell it. I already paid for it and have receipt.
D70, Sway bar, springs and all.
I could not get it today. Had to head back home.
Will get it in a few weeks unless someone in Arizona wants to buy it and go get it themselves.
Owner would not let me cut frame and...
I did
Rear springs and all.
Will pick it up later.
Dana 60 was sold about a month ago.
Out of state guy will be in first of Dec to get it.
Scrap yard owner told me that today.
Dana 70s for sale. I’ll never use it.
Definitely sounds like someone hacked into wiring.
There are NOS headlight harnesses on eBay (Not mine) if you need to go that route.
Might be easier
Grab a known good headlight and test that for yourself. If it truly doesn’t work, then start from there.
Fuse panel is a known problem area...
I have an 2005 Airstream with the torsion axles and they are absolutely wonderful!!
Such a smoother ride than the spring setup.
As long as it’s not overloaded, whatever you decide will turn out great I’m sure.
Knowing my luck, it will be gone or sold before I get to look at it closer and buy it.
Even have the wife crossing her fingers.
The markings are just right of the cover correct?
I know what you mean.
There comes a point where the trailer is so cut up and modified, that you should have started a complete new trailer build from scratch, rather than taking a great military beyond the point of no return.
Right now it’s great for two motorcycles or one 4x4 or the shelter...
I think the axle is rated at least 5k. Should be a tag or decal with exact rating on it.
Not the data plate info but the actual axle tag from manufacturer.
Some great ideas, but those 4 wheelers are fairly heavy aren’t they?
Would require a lot of steel to carry them, plus all the other stuff...
I will see if they will sell whole truck. What’s left of it.
Much easier to transport and can take back to my shop with proper tools.
Only tools I have with me on this trip are for basic roadside issues.
Nothing close to anything to remove axles.
Will buy them today if their open or Monday...
