The respected members here are so due to bringing something to the table. They give...
I sell upgraded modern gear reduction starters. They have the small solenoid built directly onto them, so you can bypass the PCB circuit for this completely, and reroute the crank wire from the dash switch directly to the starter, and done. Or simply use as-is. They weigh 1/2 of stock...
He needs the entire injector(s) to be able to dial in the (increased) pop-off pressure across all of them. Not just the nozzles. Your injectors will be seized in their seats. Start soaking them with penetrant as soon as you get off the plane. You may need a puller that threads onto the fuel...
I see a thermostat, DC-DC converter, 2 relays, and 100 crimp/butt connectors. Are they 12v relays so you are driving them with the small 24-12 converter on the coil side through the t-stat? Flip your board or relays 90 degrees clockwise so the relays don't fill with water. Fan layout looks...
I was the engineer for the Jeep TJ/XJ/WJ/KJ underhood electrical. Mostly starter, battery, alternator, and all engine sensors. Let me know if you have any questions. Check the fuel injector connector close to the throttle cable bracket on the XJ to confirm it is not rubbing. If so, just...
I don't. I have days into finding them. All that is shown is casting numbers, and that does about nothing. I'm trying to get the engine serial numbers they came off of, then we can use Quickserve to find the part numbers, but nothing yet. It was all the way down to using heavy truck part web...
This style is a little easier to find for anybody wanting to do the same, goes for about $100 used. I believe one member used this and simply cut amd re-welded the elbow at the rotation angle desired.
I'm collecting parts for my charge air cooler install. Just ordered a used intake cover. Don't want the work of gutting the aftercooler, plus wanted a curved transition into the head. This one looks 4" ready. If not, it will be from the curved elbow I will make for it. They did include the...
Bumper for anybody wanting to advance timing on their 8.3L. I just got off the phone with Industrial Injection, and they quoted $126 to "calibrate" the pump, meaning check/adjust on a flow bench, including altering the timing to your #. If one does not want to advance the timing via the crank...
You going P7100? That slides the fuel plate in the P7100 pump. Doesn't fit MW, but surely you know this. Even then, most people go full plate slide or no plate and then adjust EGT via throttle pedal. System above just seems way to circumvent via a label change.
