I think having a selection of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" would be sufficient. I use these for proper grounding on various electrical projects and I want to use the right stuff (cad plated, hardened, internal/external...
That's the input bearing retainer.
At a minimum you'll need a new one and you'll have to pull the trans to replace it.
Also, carefully inspect the input shaft and main shaft, every trans I've had that had a broken retainer had internal damage from the shaft moving and/or bearing failure.
I was more referring to you, Eddie (from the great white North), RDUKW, Quarks, renovate7 and all the other DUKW owning SS members and my jealousy, more than the color.

Stretch, you're thinking of the 2 cylinder. His 4 cyl is mule specific.
Austringer is the 4 cyl expert.
