    that's odd, i buy air filters that are wix i think, and they are exactly the same as mil.

    the proper resistor is all you need, just measure the current draw at the voltage you want and do the math, easy. works great for items that always draw the same amps.

    the A1 harnesses are easy to convert to A2 with alt, just some simple wiring changes. that is what i have on mine now, and they do have a start switch since they were for a multifuel, just an early one. saturn surplus $45

    i added more pics, go back to the top for them. in the frame pic you can just see the rear edge of a reinforcement i put behind the box area. i had it bent to match the inner radius of the frame so it would be a close fit.

    i'll take some more shots............. the five ton pump just goes right in the front of the timing case in place of the plate that is there now. you will have to trim some sheetmetal from the fan shroud to clear. i liked the 710 box because it is common, selfcontained and most of the pittman...

    if you use rtv, it helps to have it very clean and dry. cork does not care.
