I don't think there is an adjustment either, unless you're referring to the shift lever for range-It has a threaded portion, but unless the shifter is hitting the floor and not allowing the case to engage low range, I don't think that's it. rebelqwes, I'd look at the synchros and gears real...

No problem-I had friends who wanted to go but couldn't make it so I tried to get as much as I could so they could at least see what they missed. The Ga Rally is an event not to be missed-I believe this year we're going to have more vehicles than the MVPA National Convention.....................

I take them off one wheel at a time, but if you have a smooth work surface and a wheel dolly, it's a nice time saving trick.

Do you mean a count like "85 vehicles expected"? Impossible. I gave up estimating attendance levels years ago. If everyone showed up who said they were going to, we'd have 300 trucks. The rally's attendance levels (rated in powered MV's) has grown as such: 2007: 23 2008: 27 2009: 40...

Aren't they the same left and right? Mine has the dataplate on the front on the left side, on the rear on the passenger side, making me think they are the same........... Is I wrong?

I had a great time at the event-although I've been a member of the national MVPA for 15+ years, this was my first convention. There's no way in the world I'd be crazy enough to go to an event like this in 100+ degree weather, so the air conditioned convention hall was great. The swap meet was...

Are you referring to the convoy light kits? clintogf has one brand new, USGI surplus kit, complete.

Somehow Dad forgot this weekend was the convention and now has commitments he can't break. So clintogf and I will be leaving home around 4:30/5am and hope to be there around 9am. See everybody there!

I doubt you'll get much cheaper than about $150. Can't remember who it is but a couple canvas sources make these neato "saddlebags" that go on the back of the front seats. Great place to store maps, hats, sweaters, cell phones, etc.

Keeps breaking the rotor? You mean the tab at top? I have had a couple of distributors with excessive bearing play, allowing the shaft to move up and down too much, thus letting the rotor move up too far and hitting the cap.
