Kenny, is there a sticky on the complete list of parts required? I want to do my 1008 before my old Dodge diesel finally dies so I have a set of wheels that goes faster than 45. John T
It is the nature of the beast. Plain and simple. There was no reason to ever put a handle throttle in any 855 Cummins dash board. If you need a throttle to set RPMs for a pump, then you need to buy a constant speed governor from Cummins or other engine supplier. All of the log loader trucks...
Amen on the freeze plugs, a bad one of those ended my Gun Truck trip to the Gathering in Georgia last summer. Just picking up my heads tomorrow from the machine shop, fresh flat surface, new valve job and all new freeze plugs. JT
If the MTA is charged by the Fairgrounds for every camp space, why can't they charge you ? The MTA puts on the best show in the NorthEast, hands down. They host this for up to 5000 visitors per day. They pretty much become brothers with the attendees after seeing the same faces for a few years...

The exhaust brake is a great step forward and will work well, but where is the muffler? You won't believe how load that 250 is without a muffler, I know from sad experience on my original 925 4x4 conversion I did 3 years ago. Now I need to design a new exhaust system with a muffler, no chance of...
I will be coming out for the first time this year and hope to meet a lot of you members. I'm just coming to visit, but could bring any of my products if you pm me with wants. JT
The trans is a 3052 Spicer if still original. shift pattern is as you described. 1st is all the way toward you and down, 2nd is just off spring load toward the right and up, 3rd is straight down, 4th is a bit to the right and up and 5th is straight down. Due to being a direct drive 1to 1 high...
The only fuller road ranger that might work would be RT 610 or RTO 613. They were put behind DT 466 and Cat 3208. Still might be too wide, I don't know. JT
On fuel filter gaskets for the Multifuel deuce, the primary gaske is WIX 15131. The secondary gaskets are WIX 15070. I buy them 100 pieces at a time. For Napa part numbers, just drop the 1 for 5131 and 5070. JT out
