    10 bolt hubs for Deuce

Quick newb questions: When you modify the HEMTT wheels to fit the deuce hubs, do you modify the offset in addition to changing out the hole pattern or do they come out perfect for wider tires filling out the fenders? And I imagine you have to reverse the rear hubs, is that right? Thanks, Rick

    Deuce NSN clarification, please!

While looking over the M35A2 auction lots on GL, I noticed a few trucks do not have corresponding NSN numbers, as stated in the lot descriptions. So I did a quick search on the GL offerings and I have deduced that the drop side trucks all seem to be either NSN 23200 0926 0873 (w/o winch) or...

Deep Water Fording Kit anyone know of any for sale?

Jerry and all, What are the pieces and features of a fording kit, anyway? What depth of water does the fording kit allow? What does the dash control operate? Sorry for the questions, I thought 30-36" was deep enough! Rick

Don't think the OP mentioned making his truck ready to do fjording. Maybe he's driving in a dusty area. Rick

    shopping for a snatch block

was this what you guys were pondering? There's a great TM on winching somewhere that 'splained this to me, so here is my understanding: If the winch makes 10,000# on a straight pull, then the snatch block, taking the place of the anchor point will then receive the 10,000# pull. It's when...

    Donation Suggestion

No, I did not perform a search before posting...... I find it useful to know when I last donated to a forum where I am an active member, so that I don't miss making my annual contribution. The donation history feature is available on other forums on the "CP" page, but on SS I could...

Want to buy an M35A2 at GL

Hi and welcome. I'll add that if you buy via auction, you will not enjoy immediate satisfaction of the purchase! Navigating through the auction process is a lot of waiting punctuated by submitting documents and problem solving. The entire process may take from 1 to 3 months to get your...

Hi, I will be in Riverside next week, attending my daughter's graduation ceremony from UC Riverside. I'd like to have a look through the yard while I have a chance. I bought a deuce truck and have started seeing green. Would someone please provide info on how I can call to make an...

    USAF M35A2C truck value

Wow Mike, $20k for a deuce. That's like what, a $10k premium, compared to a auction purchased M35A3??? Are the M35A2C looks that much better or the dual brakes that much safer? While I have not been exploring the same question as you, I have been watching the "C" deuces. I have not seen the...
