Very busy week between the wrecker and pulling parts off the deuce.
Mirrors swapped, exhaust stack turned to keep Valence's neighbor happier, cargo cover taken off to use the crane. Installed the 2 batteries from the deuce onto the wrecker, providing the 4 battery setup it needs.

The 816 i'm buying has the same issue with the hand throttle. Jumps to 1400rpm when the engine is cold. Don't know about warmed up because it can't be driven yet (needs wheel ends serviced and dog bones)

Installing 2 extra air tanks to provide more air when working, will have a manual ball valve to close them off when not needed.

Yep the screw thats in the throttle shaft, turn counter clockwise to raise the pressure. Shouldn't take much (1/8th to 1/4 turn adjustments at a time) unless your pump is getting worn out.
Today we installed the canvas and bows, took them from my deuce that is getting parted out. Will come back off in about a month to do some work but will spend most of the winter like this.
Also, how often should the mud be changed in the cooling system?........
