For the cost of the manual you might just take it to Fedex or Staples etc and print the PDF out. Then you can get the pages all dirty and replace as needed. I just print them out at my job, but I understand not everyone can do that. For the cost of a ream of paper it might be a wash to buying...
If you lived within 100 miles of me I would come work on your truck for free just to get my hands on it and I would gladly show and help you learn along the way. Are you a member of a local chapter of the MVPA? If not you should be. Then you'll find someone who may want to work with you on...
I had looked into one of those and thought it would work well except for the oil pan may give you fits fitting the motor in with cross member and the front axle. But I think you should be able to get around that with a little engineering. Good find!
Yeah what mkcoen said.... It's my understanding that proportioning valves are used when you have a mix of disk and drums. Since you said your all drums I think your good to go....I think.
That's an original military hard top. There is fiberglass insulation between the inner steel panels and the outer steel. If you do a restoration you might want to take the inner panels out and check the fiberglass. Critters have been known to live in there. Truck is very nice too!

If something works people are going to copy it. Look at the M60 machine gun...look at the Mg42 machine gun....very similar and in this case we were the ones doing the coping.
Don't know how close of far away they are but I understand that this company and the process is very good. Gas Tank RENU - USA
The link gives you the dealer in your state, but you can click the tabs at the top of the page to go to the rest of the site. I plan on using the local rep to me for...
I kind of like the F250 in the one picture. Kinda looks like my 93 I had cept that mine was green and two door. Wish I had never listen to my wife on getting rid of that truck. It was a great truck!
Bob you should keep on eye on that chebby/gm and if it comes up forsale you should buy it!
Looks good! I don't see any reason you should be able to bleed it and make it go varoom! Why GM didn't go with a spin on filter in the first place is a mistery to me.
I bet the motor seeing that it was used in tractors, bulldozers and gen sets would have a lot a power and a lot of grunt to it. The problem may be adapting, but if it was put in farm tractors then maybe making it work in a truck wouldn't be as difficult as thought....no more than say making a...
