My older SECM body precludes that option. Actually, it had a right side tank that I had to remove when I switched bodies. The guy I swapped with now has dual tanks. The other option I failed to mention and the reason I want a quick coupler is my 100 gallon transfer tank can also slide in the...
Yeah, the 32 spline jokers were 81 and later. If it had a 205 behind it then 85 and later. I have the 10 spline stuff as well but since it will cost the same monies to replace my worn main shaft as it would to use the good 32 spline gearbox, I'll go 32 and eliminate that drive coupler.
I'm afraid I don't understand. When and where does this show up? is it trying to move from page to page? If so, increase the number of posts per page to 40. Mine is set at 40 and I don't get that alert. Again, it is a personal setting if posts are viewed newest to oldest or vice versa.
I was unaware of this 75 second thing you speak of. Have you set your post per page to the highest setting? Mine is 40 posts per page.
If you go to "General Settings" you can adjust that and the newer to older posts and more.
I can either try to use what's there or switch it out. Just need something fuel rated. The CUCV with a 20 gallon tank means stops every 180-200 miles. I've mounted 2 scepter cans in the SECM body and rigged a pump to move fuel to the main tank while on the run. Jumps me up to around 275 miles...
The fuel feed hose kit is NSN 4520-01-466-0420 or the feed hose itself is 4520-01-466-5771. These have the male quick disconnect at the end. No availability found through google web search of either part. Anyone have a parts Hunter SHA?
Thanks Sir. I have been collecting parts for a year now. I'm quite certain I have everything and two of about half of it. If you did mechanical linkage, did the pivot ball plate that bolts to the frame, bolt up to the existing holes where the frame support is located?
This thread has been truely helpful. Alot of this info I had hear before but while trying to confirm the data, I stumbled across info that will allow me to retain a 32 spline 465 and use my figure 8 adapter and NP205.
Welcome aboard. We have a TM section (manuals) that can help a bunch when you can't sleep. The round number plate is a bridge plate. There is a formula to determine what number is right and bridges in theaters of war will also be numbered. Light switches work in conjunction with the regular...
I'm not familiar with.the HMMWV or its ambulance variant. My CUCV ambulance has patient compartment heat and A/C and NBC equipment as well. Assuming the HMMWV has the same equipment, an hour meter would be very beneficial for determining service intervals and the tach for determining off...
