what we need is the casting #, not the part number.
i used the pedal and valve assy from a 900 series truck, mounted on a reinforced firewall. (along with the air assist hydraulic clutch)
air packs are from a nissan UD box truck, the rest is just plumbing.
off the shelf part = upper column from a gamma goat. need to fab the lower shaft with joints. need reinforcement for inside frame, need pittman arm and drag link made so they will be dot, that is the biggest problem. 5 ton pump and a res and lines, easy. 710 box = $200 used.
yes same air packs
the air packs would not move the same stroke, they would only move enough to apply the same pressure . in the control valve the pressure from primary MC is balanced against the air pressure on the other side of a piston, controlling the air pressure to the apply piston, and...
well since i don't think anyone really knows this yet, find someone with a air force truck with dual brakes and have them get the casting number from the MC. it had to come from somewhere and if it has a number should be tracable.
keep in mind that when the system is working correctly, the MC does NOT apply the brakes. it only controls the air pressure regulator on the airpack. it is the MC on the airpack that applies the brakes. with no air pressure and ONLY then, does the primary MC push on the piston of the airpack MC...
stumps, if your truck drops that much speed on a 5% hill, your fuel rate must be set very condervative. and yes the 11:00 tires are larger, they are just by chance almost exactly the same as 14.5R20 which is very convenient.

just line up the notch in the plate that covers the drive gear. line up the head gear with the red tooth and pointer. if the red is gone it is the tooth with a fine line scored in it. if it won't idle you may have a bad head as at low rpm a worn plunger will not open the injectors. warning: none...
the holes are in the seal retainer, not the seal, for oil drain back to the pan. if there are not 3 holes in the bottom after you take the seal out, drill 3, 1/4" holes. don't use a organic clutch disk behind a diesel in a heavy truck, it won't last. use a metalic pad disk. if that is what you...
there is more going on here than you realize. people i know, who have done hundreds of trans have never seen this. probably 2nd gear seized to the shaft first, then when put in some other gear it broke. i have been starting in 2nd for more than 15 years and drive my truck all the time, no...
the 3070PT will not fit in a deuce, probably not even in a 5 ton and the front driveshaft is on the wrong side for a deuce anyway. you will find the ecu is $$$$$$$$$$ and more $$$$$ to program if you can even get someone interested in doing it.
well the army didn't own it for a long time... when i bought it, it had been sitting in a yard for 18 years. it looked like the 1800 miles showing might have been accurate. still, the tires make the 1000 mile trip home
i don't doubt you bjorn, but the 16-20 tires that came on my m-757 with 1969 date codes were EXACTLY the same width and heigth of the michelin 14.5R20 and were easy to mount.
but seriously, these units are available in 24 volt, just call or go to auberins.com, Temperature control solutions for home and industry
many other gauges available including pressure (boost) with trigger outputs for shut down after cool etc.

fittings are 3/8" pipe thread. just use air brake line and they are not flare, they are compression fittings. the line you are doing is 1/2" and you can reuse all the fittings with air brake line.
